Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Effective Date: May 10, 2026 | Last Updated: May 10, 2026
1. Your Right to Opt Out
The California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”), gives California residents the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information. “Sharing” under California law means disclosing personal information for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising, whether or not for monetary value.
Comparable opt-out rights are available to residents of many other U.S. states under their respective comprehensive privacy laws — including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Iowa, Indiana, Tennessee, Delaware, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Nebraska, Maryland, Minnesota, and Kentucky. The full list and the specific rights available in each state are described in Section O of our Privacy Policy.
2. EXR Does Not Sell or Share Your Personal Information
Exclusive Racing, Inc. (“EXR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) does not sell your personal information for monetary value, and does not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the CCPA, the CPRA, or any other applicable U.S. state privacy law.
We support these privacy rights, and we honor all valid opt-out requests submitted by residents of any state where such rights apply.
3. How to Submit an Opt-Out Request
If you wish to formally opt out of any future sale or sharing of your personal information, you may submit a request through any of the channels below.
Email [email protected] Subject line: “Do Not Sell or Share — Opt-Out Request”
Mail Exclusive Racing, Inc. Legal Department, Attn: Privacy 1401 21st Street, Suite R Sacramento, CA 95811
Phone +1 (888) 977-7885
To help us process your request quickly, please include in your message:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your EXR account (if any)
- Your state of residence
- A clear statement that you are submitting an opt-out request
4. Global Privacy Control (GPC) Browser Signal
EXR recognizes and honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information for the browser or device from which the signal is sent, as required by applicable law (including the CCPA and the Colorado Privacy Act).
You do not need to submit a separate opt-out request for browsers or devices that transmit a GPC signal — the signal is itself a valid opt-out for that browser or device. To learn more about GPC and how to enable it, visit globalprivacycontrol.org.
5. Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. We may require the authorized agent to provide proof of authorization (e.g., a signed permission or a power of attorney) and may still verify your identity directly to confirm the request is legitimate.
6. Identity Verification
Before processing certain privacy requests, we may need to verify your identity to protect your information from unauthorized access. Verification may include confirming information we have on file, asking you to verify access to the email address associated with your account, or other reasonable verification steps appropriate to the nature of the request and the sensitivity of the information involved.
7. Response Timeframe
We will respond to verified opt-out requests within the timeframes required by applicable law — generally fifteen (15) business days for opt-out-of-sale-or-sharing requests under California law, and within the timeframes specified by other applicable state laws. For other privacy-rights requests (such as access, deletion, or correction), the response timeframe is generally forty-five (45) days, with extensions available where necessary.
8. Non-Discrimination
You will not receive discriminatory or retaliatory treatment for exercising any of your privacy rights, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide a different level or quality of service because you exercised an opt-out right.
9. Nevada Residents
If you are a resident of Nevada, you have the right under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A to opt out of the sale of certain personal data to third parties who intend to license or sell that data. To exercise this right, contact us at [email protected] with the subject line “Nevada Do Not Sell Request” and provide your name and the email address associated with your account. Please note that we do not currently sell your personal data as defined in Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A.
