Communication Management (All Communication between Buyers & Sellers is Monitored & Managed through the EXR Platform.)
- Buyer may submit questions to Seller through the EXR Platform.
- Seller has Seventy-Two (72) Hours to respond to Buyer questions.
- Buyer may submit Offers to Seller for Listings in Classifieds through the EXR Platform.
- Buyer may submit Offers to Seller for Listings in Make Offer status through the EXR Platform.
- Seller has Seventy-Two (72) Hours to:
- Accept Buyer Offer
- Counter Buyer Offer
- Decline Buyer Offer
