Choose Listing Options
Now it’s time to complete the Listing and choose your Listing Options. EXR staff will work with you to complete the Listing to your satisfaction and guide you in preparing your Listing for the best presentation on the Platform (* required fields).

- Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI)Ā Reports * (If Available for the Listing)
- PPI Reports provide Confidence, Transparency and Reassurance to potential Buyers.
- Seller has three options:Ā (Buyer To Provide is the default entry)
- Buyer To ProvideĀ (If Buyer desires PPI, Buyer will obtain PPI within Seven (7) days or other agreed upon time-frame, as agreed between Buyer and Seller, of notification to Buyer of Winning Buyer status.)
- Seller To ProvideĀ (The Seller will obtain PPI within Seven (7) days or other agreed upon time-frame, as agreed between Buyer and Seller, of notification to Seller of Winning Buyer status.)
- Seller AttachedĀ (Seller attaches current Seller obtained PPI)
- Buyer may request and Seller may agree to, an In-Person Inspection of the Listing by Buyer and/or Buyer’s Agent prior to consummation of the sale.
- If Seller has a current PPI Report, it may be uploaded with the Listing.
- If Seller does not possess a current PPI Report, EXR may be able to help Seller obtain a PPI Report through our Partner Network.
- PPI Reports are not required but are highly recommended to enhance the likelihood of a successful sales outcome.

- Option 1) Hybrid Auctions (Auctions + Buy Now/Make Offer | This is the Platform Default Setting)Ā
- During Auction Periods:
- Reserve Auction OptionĀ (The Listing will only sell if Highest Bid amount meets or exceeds the set Reserve Price.)
- No-Reserve Auction OptionĀ (The Listing will sell to Highest Bidder regardless of Bid amount.)
- During Buy Now/Make Offer PeriodsĀ (The Listing will sell to the first Buyer that pays the Buy Now Price or Seller may accept Buyerās Make Offer Price.)
- During Auction Periods:
- Option 2) ClassifiedsĀ (Features Buy Now & Make Offer Options)
- This option is similar to a Classified Listing in that the Listing will sell to the first Buyer that pays the Buy Now Price or Seller may accept Buyerās Make Offer Price.

- Buyer pays the entire Sales Premium in the form of a Buyers Premium

- Seller may change at Seller discretion during Listing Creation Process
- Option 2) Split Premium
- Buyer and Seller Split the Sales Premium
- Buyer pays 1/2 of Total Sales Premium in the form of a Buyers Premium
- Seller pays 1/2 of Total Sales Premium in the form of a Sellers Premium
- Option 3) Sellers Premium
- Seller pays the entire Sales Premium in the form of a Sellers Premium
- Buyer Pays Nothing

Seller may adjust the Listing (pricing, text, photos, videos, etc.) during the Listing Period through Seller Dashboard (restrictions apply).
SUBMIT Listing for consideration (NOTE: After Clicking Submit, please give the Platform ample time to process your submission and upload your photos).
- EXR will review the Listing and reach out to Seller with any questions and/or need for additional information (EXR reserves the right to review, edit, modify or refuse any Listing submitted for consideration).
- Listing review process is normally completed within Seventy-Two (72) hours of initial Listing submission.
- If Listing is Approved, you will be sent a confirmation email with a link to your Listing.
